How does the Service work?

What happens to my subscription from the day I leave?
On the day of your departure, your Trusted Contacts will activate the WILSEND service so that your chests will be sent to the recipients you have chosen, on the dates you have determined. From then on, WILSEND will not charge any additional fees and will make sure that your messages reach your loved ones.

How do I know that people will receive my chests?
Our mission is to guarantee the delivery of your chests. WILSEND will use all the contact channels you have defined for the recipient, and we will rely on the Trusted Contact you have designated for that chest.

Can I send a message to my granddaughter who is 5 years old today on her 18th birthday?
Yes, you can schedule messages to be sent up to 15 years after you say goodbye, ensuring that your loved ones receive your words at significant moments.

Messages and Content

Can I send my loved ones money or valuable information?

Yes, in your chest you can include BTC keys, bank account information, passwords and more. Rest assured that only the person you designate will be able to access this information.

Our communications, our servers and technology, and our internal procedures are designed with the highest level of security in mind.

Can I send my wedding video or images of my life?
You can include videos and images in your box as long as there is space available. If you need more space, you can hire additional space.

Can I leave messages for my pet?
Yes, you can leave messages for a trusted contact about your pet's care, including details such as favorite foods and favorite places to be petted.

Chest Security

Are my chests secure?
Wilsend has implemented the appropriate technical and procedural solutions to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of all the information you store in your boxes. Only the recipient of the box will have access to this information.

Payments and Subscriptions

How much does my Plan cost?
All plans include a limit of chests and recipients. Each chests can contain as much as you wish to send, as long as it fits in the space available. The price of each plan covers the first year of safekeeping service and, after the second year, WILSEND will charge an annual fee of 29€ for the safekeeping of your chests.

What options do you have if you wish to cancel your subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your customer area. The service will remain active, and you will have access to your information, until the subscription renewal date and the subscription will not be renewed.
